The Terminator Hand

Nigel Ackland, 53, has been fitted with a carbon fibre mechanical hand, which he can control with the muscles in his upper arm.
The arm moves like a real human limb and is so sensitive that Nigel can type on a computer keyboard, hold a raw egg and even dress himself for the first time in six years.The terminator hand costs about £25,000 in total to fit to a patient.
